We want you to feel calm and confident with every Moftail purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — gently and sincerely.
30–Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please contact us through our Contact Page before sending any item back. Unrequested returns cannot be accepted.
Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make it right with care.
Important: For these cases, you will never be asked to cover any extra cost. Our print supplier and fulfillment partner, Printify, assumes full responsibility for production-related issues and covers the replacement/refund cost for verified defects or fulfillment errors.
Returns for “Change of Mind” (Customer-Initiated Returns)
If you changed your mind or the item simply isn’t for you, we will still accept a return within the 30-day window.
We prioritize protecting the Moftail experience and our reputation over “hardball” return negotiations. In practice, honoring reasonable refund requests helps preserve trust — and the customers who come back.
For customer-initiated returns, return shipping costs may apply (unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect).
Return Process
Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions and next steps. Returns typically process within 5–10 business days after arrival.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale (if applicable)
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable or personal items
- Hazardous or flammable materials
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the simplest way is to return the original and make a new purchase once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
