I was born two months early and spent the beginning of my life in intensive care.
Later, I was diagnosed with ADHD and a pervasive developmental disorder. Those words felt heavy to others — but to me, they were simply part of who I am.
There were times when I struggled. Times when my sense of worth felt fragile.
During the quiet days of the pandemic, I realized something important:
